Job Description :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably regristered Profesional Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in implementing construction projects with contractors, preferably building project. Routine administration and assignment of tasks on the project.
• Ensure correct staffing level and correct staff capability on the project.
• Ensure availability of the required space, service and tools of execute the project.
• Be overall responsible for the project.
• Execute the project on schedule and within the budget.
• Interface with the client on contractual, commercial and technical matters.
• Attend and coordinate the project kick of meeting.
• Approve the project QA/HSE plan, the project progress reports, the project minute of meeting, and the project invoices.
• Ensure the implementation of the project QA plan.
• Prepare and follow up subcontractors for design if any.
• Undertake all the responsibilities of the Project Engineer, if a Project Engineer is not assigned on the project.
• Should be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain good quality of work.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise, preparing reports as required, overseeing quality control, health and safety matters, planning the work and efficiently organizing the project in order to meet deadlines.
